I have never owned a truly great television. The time is drawing near for that to change. I am keenly interested HDTV and am a big fan of Panasonic products. The Panasonic TH-50PX60U 50″ Plasma HDTV has me drooling. Offering vivid colors, extremely wide viewing angles (wider, even, than those of most LCD screens), and easy placement due to a plasma monitor’s slim profile–the TH-42PX60U is a mere 3.7 inches deep, one of the slimmest plasmas around–perfect for desk or wall mounting. The colors are incredible from deep blacks, bright whites and 29 billion colors to create a stunning visual presentation. This television receives local over-the-air broadcasts using the built-in HDTV tuner. It even makes it possible to share your JPEG photos taken with the built-in SD card slot. All TV’s lose brightness as the years pass. To my surprise I have discovered that the latest generation plasma TV’s, such as this one, actually maintain brightness better than the old cathode ray tubes did. Therefore it not only makes for incredible viewing but is a sound investment as well. The preferred choice is now clear, Plasma HD TV.

Now I just need that tax return to roll in!
