Computer Spread :(

It occurred to me this weekend that I might be spending just a bit too much time at the computer. This realization hit me when I attempted to squeeze myself into my swim trunks during a brief weekend get away. Last summer we were far too busy with our newborn to go anywhere and therefore I haven’t been swimming in a couple years. The sight of myself in my very tight swim suit shook me free of my denial about the weight I have gained. The time has come to bust out my Air Jordans and hit the track. I refuse to look like a sausage wearing a swim suit again!
