It is time to move.

For the last seven years we have lived in the city. The houses in our neighborhood are very close together. In the last couple of years the houses on either side of ours have gone from being private residences to rental homes. This has brought a great deal of chaos into our fairly quiet neighborhood because of the ever changing flow of tenants. We have had to call the police 6 times in the last two weeks because of nonsense taking place throughout the night. My wife really wants to move to the nearby countryside but I think we should head south. After seven years of brutal winters Miami real estate is very appealing. It would be wonderful not to have to worry about shoveling the driveway or clearing the sidewalks six months out of the year. As much as I love having a snowblower I would gladly leave it behind for the new owners.
