Aside from the majority of the snow being gone here in the north there is one other telltale sign that spring has come and that is “For Sale” signs popping up everywhere. I imagine across the country this is true. I can’t wait until I pull up and see one of those signs in our front yard. It is fun to daydream about the time when we can begin looking for a new home. Just for fun I like to do an internet search for “Branson homes for sale” or “Philadelphia homes” just to see what the market is like elsewhere. Reports are that in my area home prices are stable and I hope this trend continues for a while or at least until we find a buyer for our home.
