We live in a very close community. This isn’t to say that we are all one big happy family but rather is simply a statement about the proximity of one house to another. What I can’t get over is the number of people who never put up curtains or window treatments of any kind in their houses. I am not talking about apartments or places where people stay for brief periods of time. In these cases these are long term residents who just don’t seem to care if everyone around can see them watching television in their underwear. Has modesty become archaic and I didn’t get the memo?
