There is a possibility that we could actually be moving in the very near future. This week a bid came in on our house. It is lower than we would have wanted but the loss we will take is over shadowed by the benefits of being able to move. I just can’t believe there might be a time in the next couple months where we will be out critiquing houses ourselves. It will so much fun to analyzes people choices in carpet, bar faucets, wall paper, and other decor. What always kills me is how people buy a house because the “love” it and promptly redecorate just about every aspect of it. We on the other hand are truly looking for a move-in ready house that we won’t have to do all of that type of stuff to. The great thing is that once we sell we are not in any hurry to find a house since we have a place to live in the meantime which really should take the pressure off!
