This is a terrible time to be selling a house. If it weren’t for the fact that we have to move I seriously think I would just have kept our house and waited for the market to settle down. We are in a fortunate position to be making a little profit on our house unlike many people out there. It won’t be enough for us to purchase one of those Brazil vacation packages but we are going to pay off a few debts which will be nice. This will help us to be able to afford more house than we would have been able to do otherwise. I just can’t wait until I know which house we will be calling home!
