Fall is good.

Fall has to be one of my favorite times of year. It could be the thoughts of sweet potato casserole, turkey, and mashed potatoes that typically accompany this time of year. It might be the excitement in my son’s voice as he plans his Halloween costume. Mostly it is the smells in the air and colors of life changing. The rich color of fall just seems like happiness. I don’t know why but even as a kid I loved fall. I remember just how great it felt to kick my feet though a big pile of leaves and just enjoy being a kid. Even today I enjoy raking leaves and taking in the beauty of the changing season.
