Pointless…

Have you ever had a bout of sleeplessness? I have had this for the last week. I have tried everything to get a decent night of sleep short of buying a sleep number bed. Cutting back on caffeine and getting extra exercise has not made one bit of difference in my ability to sleep. I have tried to think of what the source of my problem could be and nothing comes to mind. Maybe I just need a vacation. We are going away camping this weekend and maybe that will help. If it doesn’t make me sleep maybe it will make me so tired I finally am able to sleep when we get home. That is usually what camping does to me. I end up so tired I need another full week of rest to recuperate from my “vacation”.
