Too cold!

I just checked the weather forecast for next week and believe it or not we are supposed to get snow here next week! It is so cold here right now that I seriously think is might snow tonight. As much as I love our hardwood floors this morning I really wished the floors were covered in rugs when my toes hit the cold floor. The thing that kills me is all the leaves are still on the tree in our backyard. I really hate raking leaves when it has snowed. They weight twice as much and it is just such a mess. You can leave them or you have no grass in the spring and cleaning them up when wet leaves muddy ruts. It really feels like we should get a break and at least have two really warm weeks right after the snow to make fall cleanup easier. It isn’t going to happen but a guy can dream.
