I found another video on Youtube that just continues to justify and solidify my choice in Metal Detecting as a hobby. This video is about a woman who had been detecting pretty regularly for the last seven years with not much to show for it and then found a quarter million dollar 15th century pendant on the first find of the day. Talk about hitting the lottery, and to make it even more interesting is that it is a historical relic to boot. Don’t think I would find that type of thing out here where I live but I have already scouted out some potentially historic and less known about areas in the county I live with the hopes of just finding little pieces of history.
