Doctor says so

So I go to the doctor the other day and one of the first questions he asks me after the examination is if I was taking any vitamins? I told him no because to be honest I really had no desire to take a pill that is normally the size of a softball and turned my pee toxic yellow. He laughed and said that it must have been a while since I had seen a vitamin because they are now much smaller and user friendly. To my relief he was right for when I went to the drugstore that pharmacist was nice enough to go through what vitamins were on her shelf and I found one that is not just small but doesn’t turn my stomach in knots. I’ve even started to take a fish oil pill for my heart which my doctor applauded me for.
