Too Much Hostess

I have a guy that I work with that got news from his doctor that no man wants to hear, your a type one diabetic because you are too fat. My Friend was having a slew of health issues which he new was from his weight, but was afraid to go to the doctor and get the news that he knew was coming. Now he is knee high in diabetic socks and is struggling to give himself the insulin shot that he needs everyday to survive. His doctor told him what that problem is but he seems to be in denial that eating Swiss Cakes and drinking Mountain Dew everyday for lunch are part of the problem. He might think differently after he has the heart attack he is heading for.
