Feeling my age

I am not old by any stretch of the imagination, but this ankle my have me feeling that way. I fractured my ankle in three places and had three screws put in. I wont be able to move like I used to and now I run the risk of arthritis and the thought of that sucks. I keep thinking that I need to do something radical like work the leg and ankle really good and look for some 50 gallon bucket of muscle builder supplements to build up what may be broken down. I want to get on a treadmill so bad I think I hear it running in my sleep. Hopefully things will go as I plan and in the next four weeks I will be able to get this thing off totally and get right into therapy. Maybe I can sneak in some therapy of my own before hand.
