My toy has arrived!

The FedEx man just dropped off my new conical fermenter. I cannot believe how fast it arrived. The place I ordered it from said to estimate about 15 days for shipping but it is here in less than a week. High Gravity Brewing is thus far awesome in my opinion! The price was at least $30.00 less than anywhere else including the shipping and it arrived promptly. This weekend we are going to get the supplies to get our first batch started. This conical will brew 5 gallons a time. It says 6.5 gallons but I prefer to err on the lower side after my previous wine making disasters. People are often surprised to find out I make wine given that I am not really much of a drinker. I equate it to any hobby and that it is a love of the process rather than necessarily the product. It is fun to take a raw product and turn it into something completely different.
