Not insightful.

This morning I had a follow-up appointment with doctor for my ankle. My understanding was that today he would remove the cast and I would be able to walk around in regular shoes. As it turns out I have to wear a walking boot for another couple of weeks. I also thought I would gain some insight into what the future my hold for my injured leg. It has concerned me as to whether I will need knee arthritis treatment in the future. Everything I read says that broken bones and injuries like mine can predispose you to arthritis in the future. I know the doctor can predict what will happen in the next 10-20 years but I was hoping for a more enlightening visit that I had.
