The conical is coming.

For about two years I have wanted a conical fermenter in a pretty big way. I have this hobby of making wine but the problem has been that my wine is not very good. I equate the wine being bad with not having the right tools for job. I have finally convince my wife that given the proper equipment that I can indeed produce a non-exploding and tasty bottle of wine. She relented and we have ordered a conical fermenter that should arrive today! This weekend we are heading to a juice supplier to purchase 5 gallons of juice to start our first batch. It will be pretty exciting to see if the conical is as great as everyone says it is. It will also be nice to prove to everyone who was the unfortunate recipient of my previous wine making attempts that I can make decent bottle of wine.
