Endless quest.
Posted by The Inspector on April 16th, 2010 filed in UncategorizedWhen you have inquisitive children like ours life is a never ending quest for knowledge. This morning my son has asked me no less than 50 questions about everything from Mesothelioma to what the Cold War was all about. It is interesting to see where his mind wanders when given a broad range of information available to him. Last night we went to the library and spent a great deal of time just looking at random stuff. You can tell that he was just soaking in all the titles of the books on the shelves. I am pretty sure this is where the questions being posed today are coming from. Given that we don’t typically have books on cancer and the Cold War just lying around the house I think this is a pretty safe bet. I can only imagine what sort of questions I would be answering if he had free access to the internet or all of the programming available on television. As much as I support his quest for knowledge I do believe there have to be some limits in place for what he is exposed to at his young age.
