New options.

Last month was a big month for us. We were able to be able to pay off a significant amount of debt that had been hanging over our heads for a number of years. It is really neat to see how a world of possibilities becomes available when you are not living under the threat of debt. I no longer have to stay in my job because I have so many obligations that I won’t be able to pay bills if I don’t stay in the same job. I am now looking into other jobs that will enable me to actually do something that means something to me. I am not worried about debt or what type of employment screening that I may have to endure because I feel empowered to make different choices. It is hard to describe but I no longer that I am stuck into a job that drains me just because it pays well and has great benefits. I can now work from home or go back school part-time because I know that we will be alright.
