More with less than less.

My office is now smaller by one. I suppose that if I had been there for 30 years I could easily look at the pile of work increasing in size on my desk and say it was time to retire. So now the question is will they replace her. The initial answer to this has been no and that we will all have to pick up the extra work. So we have another lucky few who can retire the following year as the contract is renewed. If they feel that they don’t need to replace them then they may lose a few more to frustration.
