Out with the old…in with the old

So to make up for not hiring a a new person, state in its infinite wisdom has decided to upgrade our computer system to the most affordable OS on the market right now. So one at a time, each computer is having VISTA uploaded on it I guess they didn’t get the memo that windows has since come out with a new OS that makes VISTA obsolete. And didn’t VISTA suck in the first place making most of the world wish they could downgrade to XP?
