Budgeting time.

We live a pretty simple life and have worked very hard over the last year to cut back on our expenses as much as possible. Paying off debt has been a big focus of our lives for a very long time. Now that we have for the most part achieved that goal we are moving on and looking towards our retirement. The truth is that we are a good deal behind in terms of putting money away because of our previous debts. Now we feel that we need to put everything we can into our retirements to make up for this. Fairly frequently we sit down and analyze our budget and determine if there are areas where we can cut back. One thing I noticed this time was that our home owners insurance had risen in price.
