A bit weird.

This week has been a crazy week at work. It started out on a bad note and has just gone down hill. It began with one of my co-workers calling her husband to come get her from work. She had been in a meeting with our agency head and her immediate supervisor. The meeting apparently went very badly and left her a distraught mess. When her husband got there he was so upset with the state of his wife that he called the police to file harassment charges about both of the people involved in the meeting. My co-worker is in a position that is not a union job. This means that in meetings like this that the people in her position have no one to argue on their behalf when situations like this arise. None of us really knows exactly what happened in the meeting but it involved 3 women so we doubt it was sexual harassment. What has made it bad is that now everyone is walking on eggshells no one knows what went down and all 3 people involved still work there. There hasn’t been a bit of information as to how the police handled the situation or if it was resolved. It just makes for a really crappy environment right now.
