Winter is coming…

We have been intently watching the weather in our area because there are currently tornado warnings in effect. In looking at the weather that is predicted for the coming week I saw that snow is a possibility in the coming days. I am not looking forward to winter in slightest. For me it means shoveling snow, being cooped up inside, catching colds, and probably needing eczema treatment. Winter is the time of year when I catch one cold after the other and my skin just becomes a wreck. I think it is the dryness in our house that gets to my skin but I am not sure. I have to constantly treat my skin with tender care to keep it healthy. My kids love winter which makes it somewhat more easy to endure. I just don’t have the enthusiasm I once had for all that fluffy white stuff. Right now I will glad to get through our yearly tornado season safely.
