Out early…

Today is what is called our “quiet” day at work. This is a day when we send all of our calls to voice mail and dedicate ourselves to catching up on our work load. Our supervisor’s decided that today would be better spent having meetings. Instead of having one big meeting and covering everything that needed to be said they decided to have 3 separate topic specific meetings. These meetings were broken up such that we had maybe 30 minutes between them to return to our desks. There is nothing that I can accomplish in 30 minutes. I would just get a case started and organized when it was time to head to another meeting. Finally when everything was over we had a couple hours left in the day. This was the point when everyone just decided to use personal time and head home early. So much for our quiet day…
