In search of ideas…

Tomorrow is my wife’s 40th birthday. She is one of those people who really doesn’t enjoy birthdays and would prefer they go unnoticed by the masses. I still feel like I need to do something to mark her special day. I have no idea what to get her because she really doesn’t need or want things. She isn’t a large woman so I can’t buy plus size lingerie and she doesn’t wear jewelry. The only things really ever asks for is kitchen gadgets. We own pretty much every cooking implement imaginable which makes buying more a bit impractical. The one thing she really wants is something I cannot build at this time of year because of the weather. She has been asking for an outdoor brick bread oven. Maybe I could get her some supplies for the bread oven with the promise that construction will commence in the spring?
