Blizzard = online shopping.

On Sunday I was supposed to go out to finish my Christmas shopping. As it turns out our weather has other plans for me and I will be staying home. A powerful winter storm is supposed to hit our area on Sunday. Predictions are that it could potentially be the worst storm of the season. I typically enjoy getting out amongst the crowds of last minute shoppers but traveling in blizzard conditions is not my thing. Instead I will be spending the day shopping online. This year’s shopping will be quite different for me because I don’t typically shop online for Christmas gifts. Instead of waiting in line and browsing point of purchase displays I will instead be sitting at my desk with my credit card in hand. I know there is still time left to possibly get to the store to shop but our winter seems to have started off with a bang and shows no sign of stopping. I am not going to take a chance and find myself unable to get to a store if I wait closer to Christmas.
