Supplements.

A few weeks ago my wife started taking about 4 different supplements. In looking at the bottles I assumed they would be good for me to take as well and so I have been. In talking with my wife I realized that she was taking these supplements for entirely different reasons that those listed on the bottles. I just guessed she was taking them to promote healthy bone or maybe mild acne or something. As it turns out she was taking them to help her sleep better at night. I had to laugh when I found out because I have been having the toughest time staying awake at work this week. As it turns out the combination of supplements I have been taking should be taken at bedtime instead of 8:00 am in the morning. I have learned my lesson about just taking vitamins I see in our cabinet. Certain supplements when taken together can produce interesting results.
