Workplace conversation.

The staff at the organization where I work is comprised mainly of women. It is a little bit odd being one of only a couple of men who work there. The women often feel comfortable discussing topics that I would rather not hear about simply because they are in the company of other women. Generally the topics are fairly tame such as what is the best type of weight loss tablets or what store has a deal on shoes. This week for some reason they have all felt the need to discuss menopause. I really don’t need to know who is having hot flashes and who is not. I wonder what they might think if I decided to start rambling about some sort of male issue? I am pretty sure they would complain to our boss if I did because it would be deemed inappropriate.
