A mountain…

We have had one of the worst winters that I can remember in the last 10 years. It seems like every single week we are hammered by one storm or another. This morning I realized that I could not see the road past the mountains of snow in my front yard. Our driveway is such that we have to back up into a busy street to exit it. We have been trying to shovel the snow into the yard because shoveling it onto the curb is pointless. The plow just comes along and pushes the snow into the driveway. The ice storm that came this week covered our snow mountains in 2 inches of ice. It is so slick the dog can’t even stand up in the yard to do her thing. The poor thing almost needs grappling hooks to navigate the yard. I seriously hope that we get some warm weather in the near future because I don’t know where we will pile any more snow.
