Library love…

Visiting the library is like a trip to an amusement park for my children. We can literally get them to do just about anything if it means they get to go to the library. My youngest son hates to take a bath or shower. He also hates to wear socks. Knowing that we were going to go to the library tonight was all it took to get the child bathed and dressed today. I honestly do not know children with a passion for books that compares to that of my children. My older son will read literally anything from gps reviews to car repair manuals just to have something to read. The librarians dote on our children whenever they visit which makes their time there all the more special. They make sure to help them find books on whatever they are currently interested in and also suggest new books that have come in. I sincerely hope that as my kids grow their love of reading does not wain. It is an interest I never had as a child and I really wished it had been.
