Amazing Bread

My wife has been experimenting with making bread for a very long time. If you haven’t made bread from scratch before I urge you to try. Succeeding at this task is very rewarding. Making bread is a very inexpensive process that can save you a great deal of money. The smell of freshly baked bread is incredible. Obviously you wouldn’t want to bake a ton of bread if you are taking an appetite suppressant because fresh bread is irresistible. We used to rely on a bread machine to make bread but were never truly happy with the results. The newest tool we are using in our bread baking arsenal is a Pullman bread pan. This is a bread pan that has a cover you leave on while baking the bread. The resulting bread is perfectly sized for sandwiches and has an excellent crust and crumb. Seriously, give bread baking a try! An easy bread to start with is something like a no-knead recipe. In about 5 minutes you can have a dough that produces and excellent bread similar to Italian or French bread sold in your local supermarket.
