Purging the closet.
Posted by The Inspector on February 26th, 2011 filed in UncategorizedThis week we decided to clean out one of the closets in our basement that had become a bit of a dumping zone. This was a place where all the stuff that we didn’t use or couldn’t find a place for got shoved. I can’t tell you all the stuff we found in there. There were cell phone chargers, security cameras, and every imaginable cord or cable possible. We put together a huge box of stuff to take to Goodwill and another box that was destined for the attic. I try to use a the rule that if we haven’t used something in six months to a year that we should think seriously about hanging onto it. Obviously, there are certain exceptions to this rule but we certainly don’t need stuff like outdated computer operating systems and cables to printers we no longer own.
