Biking to work.

We are now a one vehicle household. Last weekend we turned in our lease vehicle and elected not to lease or buy another vehicle. After assessing how much we drove both our vehicles in the last year it became clear that the mileage we put on both vehicles combined was less that we used to drive on a single vehicle. A couple years ago we moved closer to my work and began home schooling our children which dramatically changed how much we drive. My plan is that once the weather turns less snowy I will begin biking to work. My job is only a couple of miles away and there is a nice bike trail that runs between our house and my office. Right now the only thing keeping me from biking is the fact that it won’t quit snowing! Every day I think I will head out on the bike the sky decides to dump snow on us. I wish it would just be spring for real already.
