Dude… move on.

I am a capable kind of guy. No, I didn’t grow up with a father to teach me how to build things and fix things but I do alright. My wife would say I have a natural gift for this sort of stuff when you consider that I was raised as an only child by just my mom. I suppose this is why it irks me to have people offer unsolicited advise as to how I could have or should have done something. My neighbor lives with his parents. He is in his late 50′s and is one of those guys who has done everything and knows everything. I cannot step outside to work on something without him coming outdoors and somehow deciding that I need some of his sage advice. At first I thought he was being friendly but I now just think he is annoying and he needs to get a job or go smoke somewhere else. I can use a sledge hammer quite well without supervision or advice as to how I might use it differently.
