A sense of humor…

I just finished reading an article about the attire that Bethanie Mattek-Sands arrived for Wimbledon wearing. The article detailed a jacket she wore that featured fringe and tennis balls. Personally I could care less if she wore a jumpsuit made entirely out of cordless barcode scanners to the match. The reality is that she took the ball covered jacket off prior to playing in the match. It wasn’t as if she attempted to play with the hideous jacket on. Who really cares what she wears as long as she is able to play without being a spectacle? Someone stated that her attire showed disrespect for the sport. Seriously, do we now have to respect a sport? I think it is great that she has a sense of humor and isn’t taking herself too seriously.
