Out on the water.

Tomorrow afternoon we will be heading out to attempt kayaking for the first time. We have always wanted to try this but our children have never been quite the right age. We will be making this into a combined fishing trip as well. We are hoping to do some bird watching with our Nikon binoculars and possibly spot some other wildlife. Our family loves the outdoors and learning to navigate the water via this method should add a great deal to our outdoor life. I only hope our children are as excited by being on the water as we are. I remember being quite scared of the water as a child and will understand if they aren’t keen on the idea. Hopefully it all goes as planned and we have another wonderful day in the great outdoors.
