A fish to fry…

This weekend we have a great many activities planned. Aside from going camping we are taking the children fishing. We have gone fishing a few times this summer but have yet to catch a decent sized fish. Our oldest son has his heart set on frying a fish over the camp fire. It would just be nice to catch a fish that I don’t have to throw back in the water. We have a back up meal planned in case we don’t end up catching a fish. It is just nice to see the children as into camping and fishing as we are. I can’t imagine having children who don’t enjoy these activities and complain ever minute that they are out in the great outdoors. We have friends with children like this and it literally sucks the joy of each trip.
