You might think of weight loss pills when it comes to someone dieting but this was how he lost weight. This man went on a juice only diet for an extended period of time. He only drank juiced fruits and vegetables for every meal. He lost an incredible amount of weight during this time and went on to maintain his weight loss. I am a bit intrigued by this type of eating style but don’t know if I could adapt to juiced vegetable like kale and chard. I would have to know a great deal more about what things taste good together before embarking on this type of diet. What he was drinking didn’t look good at all. I would also want to know more about other people who might have lost weight using this method and how well they maintained afterwards. Nonetheless it was an intriguing story that makes me want to learn more about juicing.
