A nice long weekend…

I am always thankful for three day weekends. I can’t imagine anyone who wouldn’t love a shorter work week. This has been a particularly stressful week at work and I am looking forward to relaxing. This probably sounds terrible but I am glad to spend some time away from my co-workers. The staff in my office is comprised of mainly women. In general they are great people but I often wish I had another guy to talk to. There really isn’t much I can contribute to a conversation about the shoes and the best eyelash growth product. My breaks and lunch are filled with this type of banter which is fine for them. I would just love to have someone to talk sports with once in a while. This is why I especially appreciate time away from the office and quiet time with my family.
