Windy night…

As I type this post the wind is blowing wildly outside. Every time a storm comes through like this I start to worry about this big old tree in our neighbor’s backyard. The tree is on the property line and the majority of the weight of it leans towards our side. We park our camper near this area for the winter because there is nowhere else to put it. I am wondering if we need motorhome insurance if the tree falls on the camper or if our home owner’s insurance would cover it? I keep hoping the neighbor’s will have someone come trim the tree and I won’t have to worry about it any longer. I doubt that they will because they built a shed underneath it last summer. I would have thought they would have dealt with the tree then if they cared about it.
